New Orleans Sketchbook~In Carol Peebles' Uptown studio, learn how to draw gestures of people in setting, sighting, shading and various drawing techniques to help you sketch while you are out and about town. | NEW ORLEANS SKETCHBOOK: come discover the wonder of our beautiful city while learning the basics of drawing. We meet at restaurants, parks, coffee shops, churches, etc to lightly sketch “en plein air” practicing perspective, gestures of people in a setting, anatomy of trees, etc. This class is 50 percent art study and 50 percent just getting out to enjoy our city with new friends. $ 175 per six weeks. Thursdays, 1 to 3 pm. |
